(Memphis, TN – March 31, 2011)  – The On Location: MEMPHIS international film & music fest” will showcase native Memphian and Reality Records producer Anthony “Dulaa” Holmes on Live @9 WREG-TV on April 6, 2011.

Utilizing his God given ability to produce music at an early age, Dulaa is no stranger to the harsh street life of Memphis. Dulaa’s musical talents afforded him the opportunity to showcase his skills as opening acts for Twista, Master P., David Banner, Trillville, Destiny’s Child, Three 6 Mafia, Trick Daddy and UGK. Deciding that his God given talents should be used to undo the damage that has been done in the urban community, Dulaa transitioned his music to promote positive messages rather than fuel negative stereotypes. Dulaa has since gone on to produce music for artists such as Taylor Bothwell, Stanback, Nitty Gritty, Josh the CEO, Money Bag$$ and XZISTYNCE, including the new single from Tron Scott “What About You”and many more.

Dulaa will be onsite April 8, 2011 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $8 and there will be a video screening of “U Can B” on screen 2 at the Malco Ridgeway Four Theater at 5853 Ridgeway Center Parkway.

Chef Amadeus tempts taste buds with tantalizing dishes Inspired by global cuisine and fueled by a passion for great food. Chef Amadeus uses an array of international ingredients to create some of the most innovative dishes his clients have ever experienced. He has prepared meals for members of entertainment’s A-list including Notorious B.I.G., Tony Terry, Miki Howard, Pastor Shirley Ceasar, Kid Capri, Samoa, Ralph Tresvant, Shabba Ranks, Junior M.A.F.I.A. Chef Amadeus was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Beginning his culinary journey with his mother from Philadelphia and grandmother from Puerto Rico gave him an incredible head start in the kitchen. His love of cooking deepened while serving in the United States Navy. During his travels across the United States and abroad, Chef Amadeus discovered a broad palette, which sparked him to create delectable fusion recipes.

 Chef Amadeus credits his mentors, Chef Martyn Carre, Chef Tom Gray, Chef Sheldon Harris, and the one that got him started on his culinary adventure in the Navy: Anthony Vanhecker. While working in various kitchens, many guests began to invite Chef Amadeus to their homes to prepare his own creations in their kitchens. This furthered his creative and culinary drive.

 When Chef Amadeus visited the Pacific Northwest of the United States, he was engaged by the freshness of the food and wine. He has since moved to Seattle, Washington, where his clients enjoy his artful down-home cooking and unabashed haute cuisine. Chef Amadeus also designed his own seasoning blend: Southern Passion™. This line of well-blended spices are loved and enjoyed across the country. It’s salt-free and infused with nuanced flavor… “Just a bump of spice and passion”. Chef Amadeus is fast becoming one Washington residents’ favorite personal event chefs.  The Exavier Foundation (non-profit) houses Operation Backpack; LCE strives to demonstrate the power of change when the hands of the faith and corporate realms join forces with local citizens to create stronger communities. The  (LCE) is a multi-dimensional organization serving the community in several ways:

 

providing school supplies to any child without income or age restrictions. LCE provides life purpose services, including faith-based and motivational speaking, career transitioning seminars, and writing and editorial services.Big Give grant benefits children in need. “Operation Backpack,” will provide children in several schools with necessary supplies.

“Children shouldn’t have to deal with issues that the parents or guardians are having with finances,” Clark says. “It creates problems for the kids, and it makes a difference with how they are treated and how they treat each other.”

Clark also is planning two Spring fundraisers, including a “ Satin and Sneakers ” gala and a 5K walk, to raise additional monies forOperation Backpack. Clark says she will select an elementary, middle, and high school each year to directly receive needed supplies.
